• "Life. Love. Lust. Like wine, is so subjective.

The same wine experienced and tasted by different people can be interpreted so differently. With the first sip,you might taste a bit of sweet, then sour, aromas of fruit and floral, and even the bitterness of chocolate just might tease you in the end; however, no matter what falls over your taste buds, no matter love, life or lust is experienced, the most important is who you shared it with...
This collection is a reflection of different stages in my life. We have moments of joy, sadness, happiness, and even moments of where we may feel a little lost.
But in the end, we always find ourselves.

Napa Valley was where it all began...

Visiting Napa Valley for the first time, I had the opportunity to explore various vineyards from Robert Mondavi, Franciscan, Pine Ridge Winery, Jessup Cellars, Stags Leap, just to name a few! It left such an impression, I began to think about my own story...

    Then came Bordeaux...

Of course the next step in my wine journey would be to go to Bordeaux! Here I met Thibault Despagne of the Despagne family who creates wines such as: Girolate, Mirambeau, and Mont Perat. This would be where I would create my first Bordeaux Blanc. Famous for their semillon-sauvignon blends, I knew it was the perfect match for Bellavizio!

    The Bellavizio Bordeaux Label

The Bordeaux label is a collage of me and my loves. Incorporating French-Canadian war coins, butterflies, and the name in itself, Bellavizio is something I hope to share with those who enjoy life and wine...

    Mr. B

Bellavizio would not be complete without the professional and passionate love & attention from Eric Boissenot. It's become an anniversary for us! With the help of Eric Boissenot, wine consultant to four of five First Growths of Bordeaux, I was able to translate what I felt into something that I could taste. Perfecting the wines of Latour, Lafite Rothschild, Mouton Rothschild, Margaux, Ducru-Beaucaillou, Leoville-las-Cases, both Pichon Longueville and Pichon Comtesse, Leoville Barton, Gruaud Larose, Cos d’Estournel (to name a few), I knew that I had the best of the best working on Bellavizio!
